Water Vole Baseline Study

A baseline survey of water voles was undertaken throughout Northumberland and County Durham. The study was commissioned by the Environment Agency and carried out during 2006.

The results from the surveys will help environmental organisations to determine where to focus conservation efforts to ensure the continued survival of this threatened species.
